Please read the following introductions. Any submission failing to meet the following instructions will be disqualified without further consideration.

Instructions for abstract submission

1. All abstract authors and presenters need to registrate first .

2. Abstracts must be submitted online through the abstract submission program. No fax copies, disk, or e-mail submissions will be accepted.

3. Abstracts must be received by July 10, 201611:59 pm Beijing Time. The system will close after that time.

4. Changes to selected abstracts; Including abstract titles, abstract text, as well as additions or deletions of author names, will not be permitted after author's confirmation of acceptance.

5. Submission of an abstract constitutes a commitment by the first author to present their work if the abstract is accepted

6. Presenters are responsible for their travel, hotel, and miscellaneous expenses. All presenters must be registered to attend the meeting.

7. Due to the limited amount of time available, those who are not selected for oral presentation may be invited to present their work in an educational exhibit (poster). Authors will be asked to indicate their preference when completing the abstract submission form - Oral only, Oral or Poster, or Poster only.

8. The presentation must be balanced and contain no commercial promotional content

9. Patient confidentiality must be protected. No names, hospital ID numbers or any other identifying information can appear in the presentation.

Abstract Requirments

1.Innovation/novelty, advancement of knowledge, and/or improvement of clinical capabilities.

2.Repetition of Content. Multiple submissions of the same or nearly the same abstract is grounds for rejection.

3.Data: The data should be substantive and not just implied.

4.Abstracts should have relevance for current or future application.


Abstract Categories

Oral Presentations

Authors of the selected abstract will present at an assigned date/time in a moderated meeting room setting. Oral presentations are limited to seven minutes followed by three minutes for discussion. A power point presentation in support of the oral presentation is required and must be uploaded to the conference computer (more information will follow at time of acceptance).
Electronic multimedia Posters (E-poster)
The accepted abstracts will be published in the Proceedings. Presenters should submit their posters in PowerPoint format prior to the meeting. This poster format allows inclusion of multimedia data (audio clips, video clips etc.). The presenting authors will be requested to stand at their e-poster stations and to discuss during the corresponding poster viewing session.
Traditional Posters
The accepted abstracts will be published in the Proceedings, and the posters will be presented in the poster hall. Posters will be presented in backboard panel (hard-copy poster) format. The maximum individual poster size to display is 4ft × 4ft. All items in a backboard panel exhibit, including text and captions, must be in opaque form. The presenting authors will be requested to stand with their posters and to discuss during the assigned poster session.

Step 1: First (Presenting) Authors Information
Please enter the information of the first author. The following information is required: First Name, Last Name, Institution, City, State, Zip code, Telephone Number and email address.

Author Information

Enter each institution name and address only once. For example, if all authors are from the same institution you need only list this institution once. A maximum of 20 institutions is allowed.

Enter institutional names in the order you want them to appear in the published version.

Enter all author names in the order they should appear. A maximum of 20 authors can be listed.

Please select the institution number (1-20) that corresponds with that author's institution. If an author belongs to more than one institution, please select accordingly.

Abstract Title

Begin your title with a capital letter. Use capital letters as required (e.g., Genome-wide linkage analysis using SNP genotyping set; or Evidence of the XYZ mutation found in cancer patients with normal FISH tests).

Do not type your title in all caps.

Abstract Format

1.The abstract must contain 4 parts: Purpose, Materials and Methods, Results, Conclusion. Word limitation: The size of the abstract is limited to 2000 words including spaces.Abstracts will be selected for presentation on the basis of scientific merit.

Upload Documents (if needed)

You may upload a manuscript file as supplementary content during submission process.

Manuscript files must be in Microsoft Word file format (.doc or .docx).

Step 3:Final Preview

Please check the final abstract with the system's preview function before submission.

Upon successful submission, you will receive an Auto-Replied Email containing your abstract information. If you do not receive this confirmation, you may also check your abstract submission status by clicking on Abstract Management and if the status is incomplete, your abstract was not submitted successfully and you must try again.
